Attorney Emanuel S. Fish, was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1968 and the New York Bar in 1982. He is Certified by the Supreme Court Of New Jersey As A Civil Trial Attorney. He founded the firm in 1972. The firm represents wrongfully terminated employees, injured people, and injured workers throughout the greater Newark metropolitan area and New Jersey.
Attorney Edward F. Szep has been in practice since 1997 and brings his strong litigation background, experience and insight into the firm.

- Complex Litigation: As mentioned above, attorney Emanuel S. Fish is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney and has had more than 40 years of civil litigation experience. His associate Edward Szep has had more than a decade of civil litigation experience. With a team approach, and with the very capable assistance of our support staff, we are able to undertake litigation involving multiple parties, both plaintiffs and defendants, third parties or other complexities in all of our areas of practice.
- Workers' Compensation Law: We represent injured workers seeking compensation and benefits after on-the-job injuries. We also handle any third-party liability actions arising out of workplace accidents.
